Here are the steps on how to Export Pricebook:


  1. Go to Store > Activities > Handheld Scanners
  2. Enter/select the details:
    • Store
  3. In Export Pricebook tab, click the Preview Pricebook Contents
  4. Pricebook Grid will show details of all the Items under Store selected on Step 2.
    • UPC
    • Case UPC
    • POS Description
    • Case Size
    • Last Case Cost
    • Unit Price
    • Item UOM
    • Vendor Id
    • Dept No
    • On Hand Qty
  5. Click Export Pricebook, should display message box "Successfully generated pricebook file."
