Imports for Settlement Price can be accessed from Risk Management | Derivatives | Settlement Price. In the Search Settlement Prices screen, click Import.
Click Browse to select the spreadsheet (csv) file. Once the source file is selected, click Import
Log will be displayed for every successful or failed import.
How To Prepare the Import File
- Download the template from this link.
- Here is sample import file (click this link) with sample data in it.
- Fill out the needed data in each column.
- Futures Market – This is the name of the Futures Market. This should match exactly the name of the Futures Market in Risk Management | Maintenance | Futures Markets.
- Instrument Type – Value can be Futures or Options.
- Date – When imported will be the Price Date/Time in Settlement Price screen
- Month – This is the Futures/Options Trading Month. Format should be mmm-yy. The trading month value should be existing in the Futures/Options Trading month list.
- Last Settle – When imported, this will be the Last Settle value in Settlement Price | Futures tab grid.
- Low – When imported, this will be the Low value in Settlement Price grid | Futures tab grid.
- High – When imported, this will be the High value in Settlement Price grid| Futures tab grid.
- Strike - When imported, this will be the Strike value in Settlement Price grid| Options tab grid.
- Type - Value can be either Put or Call.
- Settle - When imported, it will be the Settle value in Settlement Price grid| Options tab grid.
- Delta - When imported, it will be the Delta value in Settlement Price grid| Options tab grid.
- Future Comment- When imported, it will be the Comments in Settlement Price grid | Futures tab grid.
- Option Comment- When imported, it will be the Comments in Settlement Price grid | Options tab grid.
