You can change or reset the user’s password using two ways: Through User Security screen and through the User Profile screen. In this topic, we will use the first way.

Note

Only Admin User can change the password of any user while non-admin users can only reset their own password through the User Profile screenMenu header options


Here is how to change User's Password:

  1. Log in as Admin user
  2. On user’s menu panel, go to System Manager folder then click User Security

  3. Open one user
  4. On User Security screen click Change Password

  5. On Reset Password screen, enter values in the New Password field and Confirm Password field

  6. Click OK button.
  7. Click Save button on User Security screen.
