1. To open Build Accounts screen, Go to General Ledger menu then click Build Accounts.
2. Click on Select All button if you want to combine all your primary accounts with all of your segments.
   
   
   

3. Or check the primary account codes and other segment codes you want to build if you wish to only use some primary accounts with only some of your segments.

   In selecting primary and non primary segment. Always refer to the account structure required. How To Open Account Structure

4. Click on the Build toolbar button to open Commit Chart of Accounts where accounts to be built is displayed. In case the combination you have selected already exists, they are not displayed on this screen and will no longer be built.
5. Click Commit button to start creating the accounts. Once finished, a message will prompt that accounts are successfully created. 
6. Click OK to close the message.
