1. Open the User Profile screen
   1. Note that an Email and Mobile number are required to enable this process.
2. Click the 2-Factor button

Two-Step Verification secures your user account by requiring a second component, in addition to your password, to access your account. That second step means your account stays secure even if your password is compromised. 

Here are the steps on how to enable 2-Step Verification:

1. From main menu, click the User's name so dropdown menus will appear
2. Click Profile button to open User Profile
3. Click the 2-Step Verification button

4. Follow the steps indicated in the Two-Step Verification screen

   1. Enter the 6 digit code you
   got from step #4

   1. see in your Google Authentication app on your phone to enable Two-Factor Authentication.

5. Click the OK button.
   1. The following confirmation message will appear.

6. The next time you login you will see the following screen where you need to enter the verification code that was texted to you.

7. You will receive a Text message on your phone with a 6 digit verification code.

   Click OK button. This confirmation message will show
