When using the Incognito mode on the browser, the installed extensions are disabled by default. It also disables browser history, cookies, cached images and data. This makes it If i21 is having any random issues, the first thing you should try is running Chrome using Incognito. This is a good way to test if Chrome is causing any issues with i21 before disabling extensions or clearing any cached data.
- Disables all installed Extensions
- Disables cookies and other site data
- Disables cached images and files
- Disables any browser history
How to run Incognito
- Run Chrome and then select the menu (3 dots) in the top right corner of the browser window and Select the Chrome menu and then click on New incognito window.
- This will open a new instance of Chrome.
- Then enter the URL for your instance of i21 and login to test it.
