When using the Incognito mode on the browser, the installed extensions are disabled by default. It also disables browser history, cookies, cached images and data. This makes it a good way to test if Chrome is causing any issues with i21 before disabling extensions or clearing cached data.
- Select the Chrome menu and then click on New incognito window.
- This will open a new instance of Chrome.
