  1. From General Ledger module > Financial Reports folder > Financial Report Designer folder > double-click Report Header and Footer.
  2. The Search Report Header and Footer screen will open. Click New toolbar button.
  3. This will open a blank Report Header and Footer screen.
  4. Enter Name and Description.
  5. In the Type field, select what type of record you are adding. Will it be Report Header, Report Footer, Page Header or Page Footer.
  6. If the Page Header is selected in the Type field, you will need to select a column designer record in the Column Name field. This column name is used to match the column header caption that will be shown on each of your report pages. This will be discussed more on How to Associate a column designer setup to a header or footer.
  7. Add and configure rows in the grid section.
  8. Save the record. You can click the Save toolbar button to save it. In case you miss to click this button and you click the Close toolbar button or the x button at the top right corner of the screen, i21 will prompt you if you would like to save it before closing the screen.
