  1. From Common Info folder, double click Tax Group
    1. If there are existing records, Search Tax Groups screen will open
    2. If there is no existing record, the new Tax Groups screen will open
  2. From Search Tax Groups screen click New toolbar button
  3. Input record details ( Tax Group and Description ) on the header in Tax Groups screen
  4. Select a Tax Code on the grid

    (info)User can select as many codes as desired to group. 
  5. Click Save toolbar button.

LabelDescription
Tax GroupUser gives tax group a name (ie. Allen County IN sales tax)
DescriptionUser gives a more detailed description of the name given to the group.
Tax CodeUser selects the codes to associate with this tax group. User can select as many codes as desired to group. A list is created that is associated with the tax group.
Seperate on InvoiceYes or No? If yes, tax will show as its own item. If no, tax will be included with the item total.
