Each Driver is a User in i21 with an additional Entity Type of Salesperson. Go to User screen > Entity Type tab, select Salesperson from the Type dropdown, then click Save. A new tab, Salesperson, now appears. On this tab, select Driver from the Type dropdown, then enter Driver Number in the Detail area.
