  1. Log in as Admin user
  2. On user’s menu panel, go to System Manager folder then click Starting Numbers

    1. On Starting Numbers screen, select Contract Management. Digits column and Parameters panel will show

      ColumnDescription
      Transaction TypeTransaction Type
      PrefixPrefix i.e SI
      DigitsDefines how many number to show. This will add zeroes at the beginning of the number.
      Use LocationIf enabled, starting number can be set per location
      Reset NumberIf enabled, this will reset the starting number each day
      PreviewPreview of complete Starting Number i.e CC-001
  3. Select a transaction type then enter a digit
  4. Select a parameter:
    1. -
    2. /
    3. MMYYYY
    4. YY
    5. YYYY
    6. YYMMDD
    7. MON-YYYY
    8. MON-YY
    9. DD-MM-YY
    10. DD-MMM-YYYY
  5. Save the changes. Parameter in Preview should change base on order.
