Here's how to set up your account structure: 

  1. From General Ledger Maintenance menu, select Account Structure. The Account Structure screen will open.
  2. Click New toolbar button to add primary and other segment. Also, configure its Length and Mask.
  3. All segments you entered on the Structure tab will also be available in Legacy tab. These are the segments that will be mapped in Legacy COA during synchronization process.
  4. Click Save button to save the setup.
  5. In case that accounts are already created and change is made in the account structure, clicking the Save button will throw this message. Select Yes to update the existing accounts.
