If i21 is having any random issues, the first thing you should try is running Chrome using Incognito.
- When using the Incognito mode, all the installed extensions are disabled by default.
- It also disables browser history, cookies, cached images and data.
- This makes it a good way to test if Chrome is causing any issues with i21 before disabling extensions or clearing cached data.
How to run Incognito
- Select the Chrome menu and then click on New incognito window.
- This will open a new instance of Chrome.
