The search screen provides a flexible way to search for the specific record you are looking for.

 

How to open the Search screen:

There are different ways to open the Search screen.

  1. Via Menu
  2. Via Search toolbar button

 

Search screen is opened by clicking the Search toolbar button on a screen. 

Toolbar buttons:

  1. New - This button will open a new screen where you can add the details of the new record.
  2. Open Selected - This button will open the records that are selected/checked to the respective screen e.g Customer, Service Charge.
  3. Open All - This button will open all records, based on the filters used, to the respective screen e.g Customer, Service Charge.
  4. Refresh - This button will reload the grid area of the Search screen.
  5. Close - This button will close the Search screen.
