‘Cancel Pick up and Transfer Back to Bulk Plant Location’ action means that the device was tagged as ‘At Customer to be Transferred back to Bulk Plant Location’, but that action is cancelled. This action is not applicable to a Customer Owned device.

  1. Open the Consumption Sites record. Refer to Device Actions for the field description.
  2. Navigate to Devices tab. In the grid, select a device that has undergone the ‘At Customer to be Transferred back to Bulk Plant Location’ device action.
  3. Click the Site Action > Device Action toolbar button. This will open the Device Action screen.
  4. Select ‘Cancel Pick up and Transfer back to Bulk Plant Location’ from the Action combo box list.
  5. Click the OK toolbar button. Once the process is successful, you will be returned to the Devices tab.

    Here is how the Device tab will look like after the process.

    And the auto-generated event will be displayed on the Event History tab.
  6. Save the changes in the Consumption Sites record.
