The columns on the grid area can be shown or hidden depending on your need.

Changes on the sorting or setting of the grid area will not be saved. The screen will use the default setting once the screen is reopened.

 

Hide a column:

There are two ways to hide a grid column.

  1. Using Hide Column button
    1. Open the Search screen or any screen with grid area.
    2. Click the column header of the column you want to hide. The Grid Column Options will be displayed.
    3. Click the Hide Column button.
  2. Using Columns button
    1. Open the Search screen or any screen with grid area. Refer to Search.
    2. Click any of the column headers. The Grid Column Options will be displayed.
    3. Click the Columns button.
    4. Unchecked the column name/s you want to hide. The grid area will automatically update to reflect the changes.


Show a column:

    1. Open the Search screen or any screen with grid area. Refer to Search.
    2. Click any of the column headers. The Grid Column Options will be displayed.
    3. Click the Columns button.
    4. Check the column name/s you want to show. The grid area will automatically update to reflect the changes.
