If i21 is having any random issues, the first thing you should try is running Chrome using Incognito.

• When using the Incognito mode

• , all the installed extensions are disabled by default.
• It also disables browser history, cookies, cached images and data.
• This makes it a good way to test if Chrome is causing any issues with i21 before disabling extensions or clearing cached data.
