  1. Open the Consumption Sites record.
  2. Navigate to the Work Orders tab. Either add a new work order or select a work order in the grid.
  3. Click the Add button found on the To Do Items panel. A new row will be added in the To Do Items grid.
  4. Select a to do item from the Items combo box list.
  5. If the To Do Item is already completed, then select the Completed check box button.
