The Print toolbar button on Customer Inquiry screen will directly send the customer label report to the default printer. In order for this button to work accordingly, the ClickOnce plugin should be installed to the browser of the client.

Printing this report can be done in two ways:

  1. Via the Customer Inquiry > Print toolbar button.
  2. Via the Report Manager. See also How to Preview a Tank Management Report

Here are the steps on how to print the Customer Label report.

  1. Open a Customer Inquiry record .
  2. Click the Print toolbar button. This will send the report directly to the default printer.

    Here is a sample Customer Label Report.

    You can also print this report from the Report Manager screen.
