'Sold' action allows the user to designate that the device has been sold to a Customer. This device event is not applicable to a Customer Owned device.

  1. Open the Device Actions screen. Refer to Device Actions for the field description.
  2. Select ‘Sold’ from the Action combo box list.
  3. Click the OK toolbar button. The Device Actions screen will be closed and you will be returned to the Devices tab. Note that if the selected device has an active Lease, the Lease will be automatically deleted.

    The auto-generated event will be displayed on the Event History tab.

  4. Save the changes in the Consumption Sites record.
